CranioSacral Therapy

During treatment, our Craniosacral Therapists use a gentle and non-invasive form of massage that works with the cranial bones, the spinal column and the sacrum to relieve stress in the body as well as balance the flow of cranial sacral fluid. The craniosacral system like any other system has a motion and rhythm all its own that is felt throughout your body. So, though CST has only certain focused areas, it can be used to treat your whole body. Through this gentle touch the therapist can manipulate the bones in the skull, spine, and fluids in the central nervous system to remove blockages from the normal flow to enhance the body's ability to heal.  

CST can relieve compression in the head, neck and back. This can soothe pain and release both emotional and physical stress and tension. Because of its gentle nature, CST can be used for people of all ages.
